Find the perfect sensor solution

We offer over 50 different sensor types. Explore the possibilities in our product brochure.

Industry

Wireless IoT solutions are beneficial for industrial automation, but more so, we like to focus on predictive maintenance. Monitoring machines and equipment enables your company to operate at optimal capacity without the risk of equipment overwork or machine breakdown.

In short, predictive maintenance entails constant surveillance to predict when your machines and equipment need maintenance. This enables you to safely run your operation at maximum capacity and minimize upkeep expenses. Unnecessary maintenance leads to a massive waste of resources, which is what we like to prevent.

Our customers employ predictive maintenance in a wide range of industries. For example, one lumber supplier boosted their production by nearly 50 percent by investing in our sensors. Another timber corporation avoided a costly machine breakdown by installing El-Watch monitoring solutions.

Product

Neuron Vibration RMS

The Neuron Vibration RMS measures vibration level and surface temperature every two minutes. The sensor has an embedded magnet at the back for easy installation. Temperature measurement is done through the magnet.

Buildings

Building automation is a hot topic these days, not just because it unlocks the enormous saving potential in daily building operations but because it promotes sustainability. Automated HVAC considerably lowers energy and maintenance costs.

At a multi-tenanted commercial property that spans approximately 60,000 square meters, the slowdown of boilers, coolers, and fans during off-hours resulted in a yearly energy reduction of about 35 percent.

Read more in our article about the gains you get from investing in wireless temperature sensors.

A building’s ventilation system uses heat exchangers for repurposing the energy from exhausted air, which is then used to heat the intake air. With temperature sensors installed, the heat exchange rate will be securely monitored for performance deviation.

Product

Neuron Temperature IP67

The Neuron Temperature IP67 is a small and compact sensor for measuring temperature and suited for a wide range of applications.

Imagine if the same principles are applied in all building systems, ensuring that water, air, lighting, electricity, and safety are kept at optimal capacity.

Research shows that building automation can lower your energy consumption by 24 percent or more. It is also found that temperature management improves workplace productivity, which can increase your revenue considerably in the long run.

Agriculture

Safety is essential in most industries, and agriculture is no exception. Overheated electrical systems cause 70 percent of all fires on farms. Our wireless IoT system detects rising temperatures in power distribution cabinets before fire erupts.

The El-Watch fire detection system is entirely wireless, easily managed in our app, and can be customized to every farm’s requirements. In addition to fire detection, our temperature monitoring, humidity sensors, and power management systems will make any farming operation more sustainable.

For one, proper crop management leads to improved crop conditions which significantly reduces plant waste. Secondly, better-controlled plant growth enables farmers to use fewer pesticides, which hugely benefits the environment.
