The Solution: El-Watchโ€™s Neuron Vibration Sensors

El-Watchโ€™s Neuron Vibration RMS HT sensor is specifically designed for challenging industrial environments, such as sawmills. This battery-powered wireless sensor monitors vibrations and temperature, providing real-time data to the Neuron Cloud.

Neuron Vibration RMS HT measures RMS acceleration from its triaxial accelerometer, with a range of 0-12 g RMS and a resolution of 1 mg, alongside temperature monitoring from -40 to 105ยฐC. The IP67-rated enclosure ensures durability against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh environments.

If the fan operates outside high-temperature areas, the standard Neuron Vibration RMS sensor can be used. This sensor measures acceleration across three axes every 2 minutes, with data transmitted to the Neuron Cloud via a Neuron Gateway. 

The sensorโ€™s compact size and lightweight design make it ideal for predictive maintenance and vibration monitoring across various industrial equipment.
